Treat yourself to one of the best ways to evoke calmness throughout the body. With a supportive and blissful environment surrounding you, enjoy time to reset, rebalance and recharge. Rebecca uses a wide range of relaxation treatment modalities to allow for an all over healing experience. Chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression are the biggest causes of holding tension within our body. When we are constantly stuck in flight or fight mode - being constantly switched ON - our sympathetic nervous system can experience chronic over load and our bodies are not processing or dealing with its stressors appropriately. We then find it hard to unwind and allow for greater presence. Remedial Relaxation techniques can allow the return of balance within the body and help reset our rest and digest response as well. Looking after both our parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system can allow for greater balance within our systems. Remedial Relaxation sessions will have a use of combination treatments and techniques to evoke deep bliss. Some of these methods will include the use of energy healing modalities. Rebecca is also a Holistic Counsellor and specific stress management, anxiety and depression treatment plans are available or even wanting to reconnect with your soul self, Rebecca is able to further tailor treatments to suit the individual.

Cancellation Policy

Please send a text only to Rebecca on 0491605362 or via facebook page for any session changes. Please note for no shows and late cancellations under 24hrs notice will incur a full fee of the session you were booked in for. I know life can throw us curve balls and you can't always avoid a late cancellation and we are reasonable with this policy. If you are unable to attend please allow 24hrs notice and we will reschedule as soon as possible. This allows clients on a waiting list to secure an appointment.
